Easy Return & Replacement Policy:

You can easily submit your Return Or Replacement of products you ordered if they are Damaged, Defective, Not Fitting in Size or Not as Described through the following process.

If you have a concern about product quality then inform us within 24 hours

  1. Initiate the Return or Replacement through My Account>Returns Section

While initiating the returns please mention

  1. Order Number with Date
  2. Reason for returning the item
  3. Images showing a damage / missing product in the order etc
  4. Any other important information which you think adds to return reasons

You can request return or replacement within 24 hours of order delivery.

Once we receive the Return / Replacement request, our Customer Care Executives will validate the return requests and arrange for the reverse pick-up as per your convenient time.

Once a product is received at your end, we will initiate the refund within 24 hours of shipment received by us.

Shipping Charges:

In case of returns, once your return request is processed by Bulkli OMS Pvt Ltd, the entire refund amount will be reversed back to you through NEFT/RTGS. Logistics charges will be borne by us, and customers will not bear the Shipping Charges.
